For individual bookings 24 hours minimum notice is required to cancel or 100% fee applies.

If you are using the book online button on this website NO REFUNDS PROVIDED, ALTHOUGH IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION AND PROVIDING YOU HAVE GIVEN THE MINIMUM CANCELLATION NOTICE, ALTERNATE DATES CAN BE BOOKED.

For group bookings to secure your booking we require a 20% non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to arrival.  The balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival.  Should payment not be received by the due date your booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy:

Please note: For all special events and coach/group bookings (e.g. Dog shows, car clubs, sporting events and rallies) the cancellation policy is, if notified under 14 days, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

  • 42 days or longer loose booking confirmation
  • 41-21 days – 20%
  • 20-15 days – 50%
  • 14 days of arrival – 100%
  • Early book out on a long term stay is 100% of booked accommodation nights.

General conditions:

  • Pets allowed only in vehicles not in rooms, through prior arrangements.
  • All rooms and the restaurant/bar are non smoking
  • $14.50 extra person charge payable on arrival.
  • Cots available on request.
